Chelsea Beegling has worked in the medicolegal industry since 2011. Chelsea has been fortunate to witness the evolution of the medicolegal landscape and the progressive changes in legislation over this time. Chelsea is passionate about maintaining the integrity and high-quality standards upheld by the Courts in all practices relating to medicolegal assessments and reports.  

Chelsea joined MLEA in 2014 and has been heavily involved in developing and mentoring MLEA’s team of medicolegal experts. Chelsea has played a vital role in developing onboarding and training programs and continues to mentor MLEA’s team of experts to date. Chelsea provides mentoring in medicolegal concepts and methodologies and delivers teachings on the interpretation of legislation relevant to occupational therapy medicolegal practice.  Chelsea is a registered psychologist and has specialist interest in the assessment of employability, workplace practices, labour market trends, and psychometric aptitude testing. Chelsea provides coaching specifically relating to loss of future earning capacity, forming part of the heads of damages addressed in personal injury cases.
